All Caspers Famous Hot Dogs are made to order. 

A classic “Caspers with Everything” includes freshly cut tomatoes and onions, mustard and relish in a feather-light, steamed bun.

Our signature hot dog since 1934, crafted from our Caspers Family Secret Recipe. Pro tip: order it with “Everything, and light salt.”

Cheese Dog

Comes with our in-house, finely grated Real California Cheddar Cheese. Always a customer favorite.

Chili Dog

Same great Casper Dog topped with our hearty, house-made chili. Order with chopped onions for that perfect bite!

Chili Cheese Dog

Top off our Chili Dog with finely grated Real California Cheddar and you’ve got the quintessential comfort food.

All Beef Dog

At a quarter pound, this is a bigger, 100% beef version of the classic Casper Dog. 

Chicken Dog

A leaner version of our Casper Dog, but with all the flavor and snap you expect.

Capture that Old World flavor with a generous helping of sauerkraut on your Casper Dog. 

Pickle Dog
